With a state-of-the-art, 450,000-sq.ft.facility and 39 high-tech weaving machines, we produce stunning rugs using the latest technology.
Our team of over 600 experts oversees every step, from yarn production to area rug weaving, ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship. We proudly export to more than 60 countries worldwide, including the U.S., where our 300,000 square foot distribution centre in Calhoun, Georgia, enables us to serve our customers with speed and efficiency, transforming spaces with precision, innovation, and style.
Primary Weaving Production Facility
Our weaving and warehousing facility, based in Gaziantep, Turkey, spans over 450,000 sq. ft. and operates 24/7 with a dedicated team of 600 workers.
With an annual production capacity exceeding 29 million square yards, we ensure efficiency, precision, and high-quality output.
We also operate a second facility in Anatolia, Turkey, dedicated to the specialized tufting process. This facility enhances our production capabilities, allowing us to create high-quality tufted carpets with precision and efficiency. By leveraging advanced technology and skilled craftsmanship, we ensure that our tufted carpets meet the highest industry standards, offering durability, comfort, and customizable design options for various applications.

Art Carpet is committed to making a positive environmental impact through sustainable practices. It has earned recognition for its dedication to reducing, reusing, and recycling.
As the only factory in Turkey capable of producing all constructions in recycled polypropylene, we have long-held vital certifications such as Oeko-Tex and GRS (Global Recycled Standard).
Our team is focused on minimizing our environmental footprint in 2025, including installing solar panels on our weaving production facility’s rooftop, which is expected to result in a 59.7% reduction in electrical power usage. These environmentally friendly panels convert solar energy into clean electricity, eliminating harmful emissions associated with fossil fuels.
Additionally, we incorporate sustainability into our production by using 70% recycled weft yarns, recycling over 1.8 million pounds of waste yarn, and ensuring that all high-tech machine lubricants are 100% recycled. These initiatives reflect Art Carpet’s unwavering commitment to a greener future for all.
